UK Returns

If you’re unable to print labels at home, you can request the label be printed at the post office with a QR code that will be provided to you by email.

Extended Christmas Returns

Orders placed after 1st November 2024 can be returned up to 31st January 2025, as long as the item(s) are unwashed, still have all tags/packaging attached and show no signs of wear.

International Returns

For international orders, you will be responsible for the cost of return. For the following countries, we do offer a cheaper return method through our hubs.

USA, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden

UK Exchanges

Fill out your invoice stating your reason for exchange and the new size/colour/item you require.
